The 2012 Scoutmasters Camporee theme is The Wide World of Scouting. Units are to select a country and theme their campsite based on the chosen country. No country may be chosen more than once in each program area, i.e. Boy Scouts/Crews, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts. Contact 2nd Vice Chief Jack Daugherty for registration questions. Below the table of reserved sites are the countries with Scouting. This list comes from the World Organization of the Scout Movement.

Almost all of the campsites have been reserved, and we have created overflow sites. Please call (954-275-8945) or e-mail 2nd Vice Chief Jack Daughtery before selecting a site or country. After clicking the Register button, the next page asks for the Doubleknot User Logon. If no leader in your unit has one, use this link to set up an account. Central Florida Council, North Florida Council, South Florida Council, Southwest Florida Council, and West Central Florida Council are in the list. If you are modifying an existing registration, be sure to use the "click here" link above the Register button, otherwise new registrations incur a $20 fee. PLEASE NOTE: LATE FEES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED. ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS FEBRUARY 11. ANYONE PAYING AFTER THE 11TH WILL PAY THE LATE FEE AT THE CAMPOREE.

Registration is $20 per unit and $20 per participant. Day visitors are $10. T-shirts, hat pins, and mugs can be pre-ordered online too. Please note that pre-orders need to be made with a campsite reservation. An existing unit registration can be modified. A $20 fee is charged for new registrations or pre-orders. New registrations have to include at least 1 youth and 2 adults.
